What’s up, gamers? It’s BChace here, and, us Destiny fans have some exciting news!

            Destiny 2.2.0 Update has been revealed, launching on April 12^th 2016, and guess what else? It’s absolutely, 100% FREE.

            Here are some of the highlights of what is to come…

                        NEW PvE Challenges…

                        New and Updated Gear/Exotics…

                        A New Quest featuring the Strike, ‘The Blighted Chalice’…

                        Increased Light Level and Rewards…

                        Sandbox and Crucible updates…

                        AND MORE!

            The update preview, ‘New Things To Do’ (Haha, Bungie! I see what you did there!) will be live on TWITCH Wednesday, March 23^rd, 11 AM Pacific time. On the following week, March 30^th, same time, is next stream, ‘New Things To Earn’. Lastly, on April 6^th, same time, is the last stream, ‘Sandbox and Crucible Updates’.

            This is some crazy news, guys! I’m honestly hyped for what is to come. FINALLY! After many months of grinding, we finally have something different to do. Something new to earn. Something new to conquer.

            TAKEN GUARDIANS?! WHAT?!

            LOOK AT THIS! LOOK AT IT!

            A Taken shader? NO WAY?! Actually, come to think of it, that could be a new subclass for each class. Imagine the possibilities?

            Oh! And another thing…

            Did anyone else notice…

            Those Guardians are wearing Prison of Elders armor?

            Yupp. They are, in fact, wearing PoE armor. Look at the subtle details under all that darkness and shadow. Look real closely at the Titan’s helmet and armor. This could mean that we are, in fact, getting a new and updated Prison of Elders featuring the Taken. While I may find that to be a bit lazy of Bungie to re-hash old content that worked in the past, if they do change it enough to where it could work (And by change, I mean fix a lot of the flaws and repetitiveness that the original PoE had,) this could be a welcome addition, especially if this focuses on the Queen’s whereabouts. Perhaps Mara Sov has been converted to the Dark Side? (Lol. Sorry!) Maybe she is, in fact, the final boss?

            We shall see.
